Included in every package
- The equipment itself: new, in-box R32 inverter mini split heat pump from our own stock.
- Standard back-to-back installation: indoor unit, outdoor unit, mounting, and up to 25 ft of line set.
- Proper vacuum pull before opening refrigerant lines. This is what makes the compressor last, and it is the step cheap installers skip.
- Basic line cover, condensate drain route, and wall sealing.
- Electrical connection to your existing code-ready circuit.
- Startup test in cooling and heating mode, and we haul away every box.
Add-ons we quote up front, never after
- New dedicated 220V line and breaker: +$850 (licensed electrical work, done by us, no subcontractor).
- Upper floor, brackets, or tight-access routing: +$200.
- Line run over 25 ft: +$10 per foot. Brick or concrete drilling: +$100-150.
